Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If any item has been shipped incorrectly or damaged in any way, please call or email us. Our return policy allows customers to return any item that does not leave them completely satisfied. Customers are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price of the item ordered. However customers will be responsible for the original shipping as well as the return shipping to us.

Please contact S4silk to notify us of your pending return. Re-pack the item(s) securely in the original packing materials plus more if required to prevent further damage. Please include the return form from your invoice and ship the item to the address on the original package.

Upon inspection of the returned merchandise we will credit your account for the full refund of the returned merchandise. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us by phone or email.
